About Me.
Hello, I’m Mesha, a community engagement practitioner from the metro Atlanta area. For over a decade, I’ve supported non-profits and purpose-driven organizations in building partnerships and collaborations that drive collective reimagining and change.
My passion for fostering relationships began early in my collegiate career when I worked as a Community Liaison, establishing a tutoring program that connected Georgia Southern University students with the local community. This experience highlighted the power of partnerships and the possibility of collaboration inspiring my career in using participatory frameworks to create connections and cultivate community.
My experience has included building relationships between charter schools and local communities in Brooklyn, collaborating with election officials nationwide to improve voting experiences, and designing experiences for STEM education leaders to collectively address national challenges. I hold an MS in Nonprofit Management from The New School and a BBA in Regional Economic Development from Georgia Southern University.
When I'm not consulting, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, enjoying live music, or hunting for treasures at local flea markets or vintage stores.
